- Dimensions: Xperia - 52.6 x 110.5 x 17 millimetres / Touch Pro 2 -59.2 x 116 x 16.65 millimetres / N97 - 55.3 x 117.2 x 18.25 millimetres. All the same thickness with minor differences in the width and height
- Weight: Xperia - 158 gms / Touch Pro 2 - 176 gms / N97 - 150 gms. Touch Pro 2 slightly more bulkier of the lot
- Screen size: Xperia - 3 inches / Touch Pro 2 - 3.6 inches / N97 - 3.5 inches. Clearly Xperia at a disadvantage on this front.
- Display Resolution: Xperia and TOuch Pro 2 at 800x480 vs N97 at 640 x 360
- RAM Capacity: Xperia - 256 MB / TOuch Pro 2 - 288 MB / N97 - 128 MB. N97 way behind Xperia and Touch Pro 2 on this variable. However the N97 has 32 GB internal memory in addition to a Memory Card Slot! That's a lot of storage for a mobile device.
- Camera: The N-97 has the edge with a 5 MP shooter against the Touch Pro 2 and Xperia's 3.2 Megapixel Camera. However the Touch Pro 2 does not have an LED flash which is a surprising omission! The N97 comes equipped with a Carl Zeiss Tessar Lens.
- Battery: All three equipped with 1500 mAh batteries. Enough Juice to run all your battery guzzling apps!
- Slide-out Keyboard: N-97 slightly behind the Xperia & the Touch Pro 2 on functionality and also on the number of keys (32 vs 42 for the Xperia and 49 for the Touch Pro 2)
